The room in my home that is my favorite is my room. My room is very unique. My room is very unique because it is two stories high. My and me dad built it from scratch. About last year in the garage we had so much room that we decided to make me a room for myself. My door to get in my room is like a barn door wear it slides along a pole to open. When you first walk in you see my big desk in the corner with some things on it. If you look to the right you see my TV with a mirror and a sink to the right of it. When you walk up the twelve steps you see my bed. My bed is probably the coolest bed I have ever seen. My room makes me feel happy and whenever I need space or to get away from people I just go up into my second story to my bed. I have a big twenty gallon fish tank bellow my bed that is on my desk. My dad and I built the room in about a week. Before we didn’t really know if we wanted to build it so I begged to my dad to build me the room. My room is a beach slash forest theme. In my opinion I haven’t seen a room that looks as quite as good as mine. I have the coolest room ever and I never want to move out any time soon.

This is my first week doing the 20% project. This week I worked on my research on my topic which is the evolution of the sport hockey. This week it went really well, I got a lot of notes drawn on my iPad. I researched on when hockey started and what they would wear while playing. The only struggles I had was finding certain things to research. One thing I would change this week is to look for curtain websites so I can find more information about my topic. Some of my accomplishments were finding the first few years of the hockey industry. Next week im going to finish the research and maybe start my script that I will be speaking with my board in the feature. Overall this week was a little stressful with starting, but at least I started and have some good things in my notes for later in the project.

There are so many people I would want to invite to dinner, but these are my top three, Connor Bedard, Maks, and my dad. The reason I picked Connor Bedard was because he is the youngest NHL player right know in the league. I would talk to him about his journey and what it takes to get it the league. He can also teach me some things that I can do mid game. My second person would be my best friend Maks. I would choose him because Maks and I get along really well and we could talk about hockey all day. Also we would eat everything and laugh about it. Last but certainly not least I would choose my dad, I would choose my dad because he would make the best food ever. He would make us a lot of Filipino food. My dad makes the best Asian food ever. We would be eating at my house because we have all the ingredients for the food and I big island to sit on and eat. During the dinner it would be so fun the talk to a pro hockey player, my friend, and my dad all at once, while eating my favorite food in the world. That is a dream.

If I was able to choose my dream job it would be a hard decision. I would choose to be a professional hockey player and play in the NHL (National Hockey League). When I was around seven years old I started playing hockey, the first time I ever played I loved it so much I never wanted to stop playing it. The hockey rink was and still is one of my favorite places to be in the whole world. Now at thirteen years old I have stuck with this sport for almost seven years now. Hockey has gave me my happiness and maybe even a feature. If I played in the NHL I would feel like i’m in a dream. it has been a dream of mine ever since I started playing. I would love to play on the Anaheim Ducks. I would love to play in front of thousands of people while I would have my debut. That would be a dream come true ever since I was little.

Have you ever went to Maui for a vacation? When I was around seven years old my family and I went to Maui for a vacation. When I found out that we were going on vacation I was so excited, I was super excited because it will be my first trip out of state besides Vegas and Texas. This was our first actual family trip. I’ve always wanted to go to some what of an island. When we were packing up to leave in a couple of days, I was never this excited. That night I couldn’t go to sleep at all. When we were ready to leave my House I couldn’t stop talking about the beaches and the hotel we were going to be in. When we were arriving at the airport I just wanted to bolt to the airplane. When were going into the plane and heard all the engines and other things I couldn’t get my smile off my face. When we were taking off I was jumping up and down in excitement. It was going to be the longest flight on an airplane that I’ve have ever been on. I wanted to eat so much junk food and watch the tv shows on Netflix. When we had an around two hours remaining I took a tiny nap and told my dad, “wake me up when we have around one hour left.” When I woke up I could see the island far away from the airplane. It was so pretty. I could tell the water was warm because of the nice light blue waves crashing along the outside of the island. When we landed my mind was blown. I could smell the fresh beaches and all the fish. Once we signed into our hotel I first saw a pond full of fish with flamingos next to it. Once we got up to our room I looked out to the nice beach and saw a couple water slides where we were staying. We were so tired so we all went to go get diner and than go to sleep. The next few days were amazing we went to go snorkel around the clear blue ocean. The last couple days we were staying their we went to the water park and I didn’t know that the pool was really deep. So when I jumped in I was super scared. I was scared for my life and I didn’t want to look down. I felt like I was being held down into the water. Luckily I was an ok swimmer so I slowly went back to where my mom was. After a couple of great days goes by. It was our last day at Maui and we wanted to explore. Me and my family have loved this amazing trip, so our last day we went to the beach and swam with turtles. The turtles were huge. My dad and I thought they were rocks at first but then it started moving. It was my first time every seeing a sea turtle. When we got back to the hotel, I was super sad that we had to leave. I’m so glad we took a great trip to Maui, it was one of the best experiences of my life.

Life on an abandoned island has been very tiring and peaceful. I got to the island off of a crew ship. I fell off the ship when my family and I went on a trip. We were looking at the view and suddenly I looked over the bars and luckily didn’t die from the ship. I was super surprised and tried yelling for help. Then I got left in the dust in the middle of the ocean. I started swimming before it was dark. I knew that the sun set on the west so I started swimming towards it. After that same night I have been swimming for so long, after the sun came up I saw a tree and some waves hitting the sand. “Glory” I screamed after seeing some sort of island. Once I walked onto the sand I was super sad and nervous. I couldn’t believe what had just happened a couple of hours ago. After I was walking on the island i started to cut the trees down for some sort of shelter to be under. I also built a sharp shank out of rock and wood. I tried to go catch some fish but I didn’t have any luck until I was creeping up on the clear blue dark water and i saw a big black fish. “Boom” the fish got stabbed and I had a good dinner. It was the next day I heard this strange noise. It sounded like a helicopter. I tried screaming but I needed to see where it was coming from. Once I located the helicopter i started to jump up and down. I wanted too get out of here. So I burnt some wood to create smoke. I thought that was going to work but they just blew right passed me. I few hours go buy and I hear I really loud whistle. I look out side my wooden hideout and see a small speed boat coming to the shore. They wanted me to get on. But I was confused. They said they have been looking for me all day. I was out of my mind excited. I screamed to the top of my mind. When I was riding back I was so happy to see my family. When we got back onto land I sprinted straight to my family. It was a miracle.

I’ve been provided with two Dumbledore quotes and I had to pick one of the two. “Happiness can be found even in the darkest times, when one only remembers to turn on the light.” This quote can mean many different things to different people. Me personally this quote does in fact mean a lot to me. I believe this quote means, when you seem down or sad it just takes one or more people to turn it around and make you happy when you need it most. When my dog passed away all of my friends wanted to help but only three turned my days around a lot and put a smile on my face everyday. Maks, Jake, and Tucker. I would come to school and go hang out, and they would put a smile on my face and always get my mind off of the bad things. When I was in the dark and needed light, three of my best buds came and turn every light for me.

If I had to pick one person that would be my hero it would be my dad. My dad has been one of the people that I look up to a lot. My dad always tries to be the best man he can be for my family and I. One reason my dad is my hero is because he has made me the best person I could possibly be and he teaches me everything to do and not do as a man. He makes me the man I am going to be in the future. I look up to my dad with all my heart, I would want to grow up and be as successful as him. My dad is the coolest, funniest, nicest, and loving guy in the whole entire world. I can’t wait to be just like my dad and see Howe much more successful he will get in the future.

This year I am going to focus on the word Lock in. The meaning of lock in to me means that I want to focus on hockey and the sports i’m going to be doing in the near future. Over this past year I was trying to pick a sport between hockey and tackle football. I really liked each sport very much. They both gave me so much joy. In the past month or so, I realized I like and have more fun in hockey. When I was playing two different sports, I couldn’t go to certain practices and games for the other sport. I believe I will focus on getting better and more advanced when I just focus on one sport at a time. My mind wouldn’t be all over the place and I wouldn’t be as tired from every practice and games. I will be super dedicated to work harder and set bigger and better goals for myself. I believe when I’m locked I am at my full potential. In 2024 i want to become a demon out on the ice.

I would love to be principal for one day. If I was principal for one day, this school would love me. First I would put the teachers into a certain classes about a sport. The school would teach sports. After the kids get taught about their sport they would have a break. Then they would go out, go practice and work on what they need to improve on. I would want the kids to get taught about what they are interested in and of course math and stuff but only for like thirty minutes. The day would end pretty early. I wouldn’t want the kids to dislike school. I wouldn’t give them any homework. Some of the classes could be online for some of the higher advanced students. Every day the school will start at around ten o’clock in the morning, so they can sleep in. The kids would be outside most of the day and doing what they love.
